August Giveaway: Chef Paul Prudhomme's Cookbook
It’s that time again! Our monthly giveaway is here! This time we are giving away a brand new cookbook that features Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Cajun recipes – like Jambalaya, Louisiana BBQ Sauce, Corned Beef Brisket, and many more! Chef Paul had his own cooking show on PBS in 2007 and currently lives in Louisiana where he owns one of the top restaurants in New Orleans, K-Paul’s Louisiana Kitchen. Daniel had the pleasure of working with Chef Paul and his team on some development projects, and was able to get this cookbook for our giveaway. If you want a chance at winning, here are the contest rules:

Hey there! I would love this book, I’m a big fan of Prudhomme’s spices and especially the Blackened Redfish Magic!
This would be a fun one to cook from. He had a good mind for recipes. We’re subscribers!

I believe that if one wants to understand a group of people one must learn to cook their food well. We are descendants of the Acadia of old and there must be a hint of that in Chef Paul’s cooking. Cajun food is my next stop. I have completed the requirements.
