Great Flavor From Black Pepper Sauce

Published by at 11:15 pm under Cooking at Home

A lot of times, we forget to take out meat from our freezer to defrost, such as the case last night. Daniel wanted to prepare pork ribs, so what did he do? He went for the pressure cooker, which saves a ton of time! Just throw in the frozen pork ribs, add some stock, salt & pepper, and let the pressure cooker do it’s thing for about 25 minutes.

The intense cooking makes the meat soft and moist, without the hours of simmering. Take the pork out of the pressure cooker when it's done and into a pan.

Then take a few scoops of Lee Kum Kee's Black Pepper Sauce and toss it together with the pork for a few minutes.

The finished product should look like this! How easy was that?

Don't forget your greens! I sauteed bok choy with garlic and added oyster sauce for a sweet flavor. This literally takes minutes to do. Enjoy!

That sounds like a really easy and quick dinner to make! I don’t own a pressure cooker but it might be worth investing in one!

Welcome to the foodie blog roll. Interesting, I do have a pressure cooker but never thought about adding frozen meat! Great idea, I will have to give that a try.
