This looks great /// I was just craving artichokes and I have some salmon in the freezer I think I am going to make a hearty salmon artichoke soup … I will let every one know how it turned out … I love experimenting with recipies never measure anything I go totally on taste .. I am going to try this one next !!! bon-apa-tite

I do not think I have ever had artichokes with salmon, so this intrigues me…my taste buds are curious now! Look wonderful together!

We try to eliminate heavy cream from our cooking so this is definitely a healthier alternative to have salmon and pasta. As tasty as a creamy sauce is, it can be deadly! This pasta is kind of like a warm pasta salad – it has most of the same ingredients you’d see in a cold pasta salad.

One of the first things I love about this dish is that there’s nothing about it that looks ‘thrown together’ – it’s the picture of deliberate deliciousness! Second, it looks wonderfully fresh and light, though filling; when I think of salmon and pasta, it’s usually à la vodka with a cream sauce (husband’s fave). This dish is a great alternative. Third, I love marinated artichokes!

I love adding artichokes in pasta! Yum!
