<p>One of the reasons why summer is our favorite season is because of the abundance of fresh produce which brings about a lot of fun and colorful meals that we can prepare. Bell peppers are one of those vegetables that are so versatile because it can have so many uses &#8211; in fajitas, salads, stir fry, and in this case &#8211; can be stuffed! For this post, we present our recipe for Red &amp; Green Stuffed Bell Peppers using ground turkey and fresh herbs from the garden.</p>
