We make a broccolo dip with a lb of cooked and drained sausage, 16 oz pkg chopped broccoli cooked and drained, one can cream of mushroom soup, small can drained mushrooms and a Lb pkg velveeta. Put in a crockpot and cook on high until cheese melts and contents are hot. serve with tortilla chips. This is an awesome dip. I’m anxious to try yours too.

I make this same recipe, but I bake it at 350 for 15 minutes. Yummm.

I made this dip for the Florida Georgia game this weekend and it was gone in less than twenty minutes (I even doubled the recipe)! The guys were literally standing around the bowl eating as much as they could, they knew the end was near! It was awesome, thanks for sharing this recipe!!!!

My friend Richard came up with the name Man Dip I do believe. Not joking! His wife made this for the first time for a party and when he tasted it he said “That’s Man Dip!” She said “What?” He said “That’s Man Dip! That’s a dip made for men!” Since then we’ve called it Man Dip! That was about 4 years ago! We do make it a slight bit different though. We don’t do the jalepeno. We do 1 lb. sausage, 1 block cream cheese and 2 cans Rotel. Super easy and everyone loves it!

this is acutally called the FATTY DIP you put it in the crock pot and add SourCream and double everything.
